SUNDAY 8th OCTOBER 2017 at 2pm NO SUCH THING AS TOO MUCH FRUIT & VEG?– a demonstration by Polly Bentley “Can't eat it now?...put it in a jar" - cordials, pickles, chutneys, jams, jellies, preserves of all kinds
There was preserves brought in to show what can be done with too much fruit and vegetables.
It was a very interesting workshop on how to preserve.
Work still continued in the garden while the workshop was running.
Visitors arrived for a tour of the garden and tasted the palest raspberry I've ever seen!
