Inspire Community Garden - Wild Food Walk with Ian Openshaw

The Wild Food Walk started by taking a short walk outside the garden to look at the plants that were growing at the edge of the Ashgate Road car-park where there was 'itchy-coos' & 'sticky-willies'.

When we reached the Polytunnel there was a new growth of an edible mushroom and I don't think I've ever seen such a happy smile seeing this perfect vegetable.

As the Wild Food Walk comes to an end there's still more work to be done in the garden.
